1.) Children and youth having abundant resources to help them make wise career and life decisions.
1a.) By 2030 a system is in place so every student in the country has access to 2 hours of career guidance in some form
2.) A thriving vocational education and training sector exists in India that is seen as a respected career path and that is providing sustainable livelihoods to millions of people

Who We Are
Founder & Managing Trustee
Vijay Krishna has degrees in Engineering (IIT), Physics (University of Pennsylvania) and Public Administration (National University of Singapore) and rich work experience in information technology and the social sector. He has worked at reputed companies (WebMD, Juniper Networks) and NGOs (Arghyam) in India and America. Vijay has a very wide range of experience and understanding and can work at the implementation level while also tying it in with policy.
Project Manager
N. Ramanjaneyulu is our frontline counsellor and he come with decades of experience in education sector. He have experience as teachers, school administrators and resource persons in science and cultural activities. He had worked at Timbaktu Collective one of the reputed NGOs in the district.
Project Officer
Mr. G. Bayapareddy is working as Project Officer and also our frontline counsellor and he come with decades of experience in education sector. He have experience as teachers, school administrators and resource persons in science and cultural activities. He had worked at Timbaktu Collective one of the reputed NGOs in the district.
Dr. Vibhat Nair has a Ph.D in Physics and is a Managing Director at JP Morgan Chase in Philadelphia, USA. He worked at McKinsey & Co. and Corporate Executive Board prior to that. He brings tremendous intelligence and knowledge of running effective organisations to our work.
Our trustees bring us extensive experience in governance, finance, counselling and education.
